Ben Heath
General Manager
Ben Heath brings extensive knowledge of the marine industry to his role as General Manager. With a background in the Navy, where he specialized in marine electronics, his work with both US and Foreign ships was instrumental in the development, support and training for various electronic and mechanical systems aboard both US and Foreign ships in addition to building and managing new repair and maintenance facilities for the Navy during both active duty and civilian service. As a SeaTow Captain, Commercial Salvage Diver, Commercial Fishing Captain, and private boat captain throughout his career Ben has honed his skills in maintaining and operating marine vessels.
His attention to detail has been a crucial factor in PMBY's success thus far.
Trenton Jones
Yard Manager
Trenton Jones hails from the Northwest and holds a degree from Oregon State University. With extensive knowledge in electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the marine industry, Trenton has been an invaluable asset to the PMBY team.
His expertise and dedication have significantly contributed to the company's success.
Michael Hobbs Jr.
Owner
Michael Hobbs Jr. hails from the Panama City, Florida area. He is a graduate of Gulf Coast State College with a degree in Marine Transportation. Michael holds a 500-ton Captain's license and has owned and operated a wide range of vessels throughout his career. In addition, he has successfully owned and operated a marine construction firm for the past 25 years, showcasing his extensive experience and dedication to the marine industry.
